Our primary goal is to assist local, non-profit agencies and organizations in the Northwest serving the disadvantaged, protecting our environment, providing for animal welfare, supporting the arts, advancing medical research, and fighting for our civil rights.

We achieve this with micro-grants. The funds we make available to any one recipient total $500 or less, with a few exceptions.

Our secondary goal is to support as many worthy causes each year as is financially possible. We believe that charitable giving must rest on a broad platform.

While we recognize severity of need, we balance our contributions according to many factors, including our desire to support several initiatives.
